EcoDomus continues to lead the global revolution in lifecycle facility Asset Information Management. The new clients include: one of the largest biotechnology companies in the US, a massive theme park in Abu Dhabi, one of the largest facility management providers in the world, a museum in Shanghai (shown in the image), and an airport in Latin America.
While each of these new clients represent different industries, they all have the same common goal: optimize asset management by collecting and analyzing all of the available information about their assets, that only EcoDomus can provide.
These organizations understand that the old way of managing assets by only focusing on preventive maintenance or space/lease tracking is outdated, and they want to use Big Data, Virtual Reality, and Internet of Things to optimize building performance, improve supply chain management and procurement processes, reduce risk, increase tenant satisfaction, and minimize their maintenance and construction costs.
EcoDomus was the first company to perform BIM integration with IBM Maximo more than 6 years ago and two of these new projects involve integration with Maximo. The other use cases include integration with BMS/SCADA for visualizing equipment alerts, handover of COBie information, mobile 3D BIM deployment, etc.
